USE
Protease and phosphatase inhibitor cocktail increases the yield of intact and unmodified proteins in cell extracts. It inhibits serine, cysteine, and acid proteases, as well as aminopeptidases. Serine/threonine protein phosphatases and L-isozymes of alkaline phosphatase is also inhibited by protease and phosphatase inhibitor cocktail. It has been used in protein isolation buffers.
