USE
TWEEN® 80 is a non-ionic detergent which is used for selective protein extraction and isolation of nuclei from mammalian cell lines. It has been used in drug vehicle solution for specific injections in mice and rats, and for the determination of esterase activity in bacterial cells. Useful for the extraction of membrane proteins and isolation of nuclei from cells.
